• Broker Forum Email Parser
This new feature accepts the Broker Forum Exact Matches and RFQs and posts them to the home page of CORtracker as Sales Requirements. We not only developed a way to parse these emails but we included tools that allow single or multiple requirements to be assigned to sales reps. You can also delete those unwanted Reqs with the same tool! If you have any other Requirement sources we can accept those too!
• CORcommerce
Coming in November! CORcommerce – yet another improvement on CORweb! The same great features of CORweb with the addition of a shopping cart! Visitors to your website can now purchase your components online. Of course these purchases are all tracked inside of CORtracker and the information is always one click away!
• Quote Load
Upload a large requirement list and CORtracker compares that list to the inventory in your database. You can then select the inventory that best matches the customer requests and create either one large multi-lined quote or several single quotes in just a few clicks of a mouse.
• CORweb Custom
Not only does it integrate with your website to allow your CORtracker inventory to be searched, RFQs created and then submitted from your website to your CORtracker homepage. We also have a customized version of CORweb where your customers can log in and view, search and export additional information such as their: Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, RMAs, Shipping Statuses.
Trending Report - We also include a Part Search Trending Report where you can view information such as the type of parts searched on, the date and frequency of the searches.
