CORtracker has always had default user roles that defined a user's home page. Tied closely with user permissions, we have taken this a step further and allowed users more control over their home page views.
Users can now change the number of items viewable in each category or add and remove categories so they can focus on the most important aspects of their job. Very beneficial to Sales and Purchasing!
CRM - Customer Relationship Module
InfoWave has developed a Customer Relationship Module designed to meet the unique sales and customer management needs of the component industry, from a Requirement, Quote, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, RMA, Shipping or Receiving event, you can quickly enter a note, select multiple contacts, set the priority and schedule a follow up.
The follow up's are managed via a new calendar screen where you can view by Day, Week, Work Week or Month. No more moving back and forth between your inventory management software and your existing CRM system!
Broadcast Mail
Working in conjuction with the Customer Relationship Module and the Inventory Export Module, you can create email groups and specify the types of information about your inventory and then broadcast it.
This email message will come from an account you specify and can go to an unlimited number of recipients. The message will appear like a "one-to-one" communication.
